The Drawing Now Prize
For the past 15 years, the Drawing Now Prize has been celebrating contemporary creation, highlighting the pioneering role of galleries by rewarding the talent of an artist presented at the show. In 2026, Conté à Paris, the historic house dedicated to drawing, joins the Drawing Now Prize as an official partner, increasing the prize's endowment to 20,000 euros:
- 5,000 euros in prize money for the winning artist;
- 5,000 euros in material prize money at Conté in Paris, divided among the Prize nominees;
- 10,000 euros in production support for a 3-month exhibition at Drawing Lab and the publication of a monographic catalog.
This year's selection committee nominated the following under-50s from the 71 participating galleries:
- Guénaëlle de Carbonnières, born 1986 (Galerie Binome) ;
- Roman Moriceau, born 1976, (Archiraar Gallery)
- Chloé Vanderstraeten, born 1996 (Traits Libres Gallery) ;
- Maxime Verdier, born 1991 (Galerie Anne-Sarah Bénichou) ;
- Katarzyna Wiesiołek, born in 1990 (Galerie Eric Dupont).
